Defective screen

I'm having problems with my screen!!!
My screen seems to have a point of auto selection. If I open my playlists or games, it will select automatically from one specific point of the screen and keep doing it. It's like I would keep pointing at the same thing over and over again but I'm not touching the screen.... HELP!!!
