So I have my wife's 3G (still 2.0) and my 3GS sitting side by side both connected to my home wireless network. I consistently get about 1/3 of the speed she does on her phone over wireless. My home connection is 3.0 Mbps. I get about 600 Kbps, she gets about 1800 Kbps. Consistently. I'm going to upgrade her to 3.0 tomorrow and see what kind of speeds she gets. I'm wondering if its the 3GS or the 3.0 that has the wifi slowness bug.

hmm... that's interesting. becasue my iphone 3G, and other ipod touch I have got all weak signal after updating to 3.0. so 3.0 software has certain bug for wifi no matter what new or not.
My wifi seems to be around the same speed with 3.0 and the 3GS.
Some say theres problems with the 3.0 software and some wireless routers.
