defrag & HD clean up for mac ?

are there any awesome defrag & hardrive clean up apps
like onyx, but better for mac ? my macbook pro is really getting slow....;(

Most users don't need to defrag...here is what Apple has to say about it. iDefrag is a good (not free) one for power users.

Other than that, make sure your maintenance scripts get run. They should do it automatically, but if your computer is off or asleep a lot, some may get missed. You can run them manually using OnyX.
