Delay answering calls

Is it me, or when answering calls there's a little delay?

It's turning a little bit annoying...

Delay answering calls

I'm from Portugal, the carrier is equivalent /the same as orange...

With iOS 7 (5s) I didn't had this issue, but now with the iOS 8 (6) there's a little lag after answering the phone.

I've experienced this some lately... where both ends kinda have to say "hello" twice... I just thought it was their carrier's issue.
