Hi folks,
I recently upgraded from Snow Leopard to Mavericks. It's great, except for one annoyance.
It used to be that I could do multiple gestures in succession and the OS would recognize all of them. So if I did four-finger-swipe-down expose then suddenly realized I meant not to do so, I could immediately do a four-finger-swipe-up and come back to the window I had previously been on.
Now, annoyingly and (as far as I can tell) pointlessly, there's a gap between being able to make successive gestures. If I do a four-finger-swipe-down then immediately swipe back up, it doesn't register the 2nd command. If I wait a little less than one second between these gestures, it will register the 2nd command.
This seems like something that could be changed through some hidden terminal/plist setting. Some "pausebetweengestures" value or something?
Anyone else notice this? Anyone have ideas of how to fix it?
EDIT: This delay does NOT happen for moving between spaces with four-finger side-swipe. It's really specific to mission control / expose / show desktop
