Delay sound (specifically from firefox)

Is there any way to delay the sound (from Firefox) for a few seconds?

Reason - I want to listen to a local radio broadcast for a streamed hockey game (as opposed to the broadcast on the stream).

Radio (also streamed online - from the radio station's website), however, will come in a lot faster than the video.
