Delayed Boot after El Capitan clean install

My 2013 rMPB with nothing plugged in spends 30 seconds on a blank screen then the normal 12 seconds after the chime before it will boot. I do not see any other references to this problem after a search.

EDIT: Bugger, fixed it with a Pram Reset.
