This is undoubtedly the strangest question I've ever asked on here.

I wish to compose an email and have it appear in my recipient's inbox exactly 9 months from today—26th July 2013. However, I want the time stamp to show I wrote it in October 2012.

Is this possible?

There are some web services like this, but I don't know about the sent date. You might give it a test for a message a day later and see what it does.

I saw this one ^ It's not what I'm after though :( I've learnt enough about the forum to know it's a good idea to look for answers elsewhere before/as well as asking here...

It really was a strange question, but must be possible to code a solution for I daresay? I just guess it's not a feature many people would ever need. My motivation is hardly one that's common to people. :p:rolleyes:
