Seems like since I installed 9.2 yeasterday, occasionally incoming iMessage messages show up with a delay. Sometimes it's a few minutes, and as much as 14 minutes. The notification pops up with "X minutes ago". The messages send and receive fine while iMessage is open on screen. Anyone else experience this?
