Go on a rant and you should get banned in no time. ;)

Likely you will get the account locked and/or hidden, since deleting your account would ripple through the database -- you do have quite a few posts.

I have seen a few old posts with a "guest" status. I think those are closed accounts but you can still read the old posts. PM'ing a mod would let you know for sure.

You could try to sell your account on ebay, someone who wants an instant avatar might want it :p

deleting an account with many posts is way to hard on the servers/forum software, so they'd 'Unregister' you. There are a few members currently marked as Unregistered. Can't come up with names off of the top of my head, however.

I think one good way to "delete" your account, click on edit user cp, select edit password, with the text cursor in the password field, BANG your head against the keyboard repeatedly, cut and paste into confirm password, click submit and then log out, voila. :p

I just remembered, there is indeed at least one user who has been deleted completely. He hasn't been around in a while, but older posters should remember "paulwhannel". I don't know what happened, or when I just know that he disappeared at least a year ago.
