delete address book, need help

Hi, I deleted my address book application by accident using AppZapper. Anyways, I retrieved it from the garbage can, and with it there is the application and the some folder with the meta data and all that good stuff. When I open the app, not of my contacts are there, cause the folder is not where it is supposed to be i guess. Any idea where that folder goes or how to restore my contacts?
