Delete beta 2 ota update?

After upgrading my 5S to beta 2 I only have ~300MB free memory, how can I delete the update file?

I don't see it listed when I go to settings->general->usage->manage storage

If you've already installed the update, the OTA files are no longer on the device.

The upgrade is on your computer not your phone.

Well something is using an extra 3GB on my phone...

prior to beta 2 i had 3.3GB free, now its down to 300MB and "other" storage has jumped to ~5GB:
