Delete button Not Working on emails! Help!

Using a Toshiba at work and Mac pro at home (two different locations) optonline for both. Can not delete while writing an email on both computers Called optonline two weeks ago, gave them access and they could not do it. told me it was them and they would fix it. The toshiba is now working but not the macbook pro when I called back they said call apple and they had no record of my phone call (feel crazy) lol . Apple said its them they say it Apple! Help!

Then it's probably got nothing to do with your Mac or your Windows machine.
