Where can I find the delete button on a Macbook? Am I being blind/stupid or does it not exist. I'm fed up of keep using the backspace button!!!

I don't have a MacBook, but I think it's something like shift + backspace or option + backspace. Try those out.
 
Just worked it out.

Its the 'fn' key (function?) and backspace.

On a Macbook:

Fn + backspace - "del" key (delete letter to the right)
Alt + backspace - Delete last word
Command + backspace - Delete whole line


Note: Answering just so any googlers can find out, like I did.

OMG. wow... i've switched to Mac since like 2 yrs ago and never bothered about the backspace vs delete button.. got used to using just backspace/delete button on the Mac... until today when my cousin used my mac and asked me where the hell is the backspace vs. delete button... i couldn't answer. your reply saved the day! THANKS!!! :D
