I created very basic database or list as it's called in my version (2004 for mac), I have field names as in pic attached. I want to remove 'balance', how do I do this? I have tried like normal excel but it's not an option .
I would also like to have different categories within a category, ie 'payment' will have a different references, that is 'payment' will have different jobs to select. I'm not sure how to go about this, I think it would be considered a 3dimensional database so far my research has indicated.
First things first - how can I delete a 'field name' / 'field category', I know how to remove records (through the data > form).
Any advice is greatly appreciated as it's important that I learn this to save masses of time in the future.
