Delete files that are not Accessible?

I've been transfering alot of files throught different usb's and whilst importing a movie file from the usb to my Macbook pro. The Macbook Pro just shut down, and now all the files i were moving are at the places they were supposed to be used at, however, the icon next to the title is a blank page and when i try to move it to the trash it says that the file may be in use, but it cant be as it is an unaccesable file, and i have heaps of these now and i cant get rid of them... here is a photo of how the file looked like...

any explanations? any good programs to delete things completely off your mac? ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED

Can you "Get Info" on the file? Can you move or drag the file?

i can access get info, and i checked and it isnt locked. however i cant move the file to any folder as it says it is in use.
