Delete "Import" and "Smart Mailbox" in Mail?

Quick question, just got a new MB, imported some mailboxes, and now it has the Import mailbox permanently in the sidedock, anyone know how I can delete either Import mailboxes or the Smart Mailboxes? Thanks

Can you press CONTROL, click on the folder and then select Delete?
