Delete Individual Files from Time Machine Not Working?

In previous versions of OS X, to delete individual files from Time Machine it was a matter of entering Time Machine, clicking on the file, clicking on the gear item, and selecting "delete"...

This delete option no longer seems to be there in El Cap. Has anyone experienced this?
