Delete language

I just did a reinstall OS and I saw it was installing all these Japanese things as well as other languages, how do i find and delete these?

Also what other large useless files can i delete?

You can use Monolingual to remove languages you don't want/use/need/hate.

Have a look around for Garageband loops and iDVD themes if applicable. These can take up quite a bit of space. LanguageStripper should then help you get rid of non-English languages if Monolingual doesn't work (for some mad reason).
