Delete large files / Hotmail what?

I am backing up my HD and deleting all things i do not need. I used the Disk Inventory X App to check while there is still so much Mb around. I found something like a Hotmail Log (you can see it in the attached picture).

Is this the hotmail downloaded emails in my Mac? I thought Thunderbird do not download automatically all emails if i choose to work online all the time.

Can i delete those Hotmail Logs for sure?

Any idea? :)
