Delete old facebook posts

Has anyone found an easy way to delete your old facebook wall posts? Easier than going through them one by one manually. Either delete them, hide them from timeline, or make them visible to only me. And the "limit past post visibility" option won't work - that limits old public posts to only your friends. All my old posts are limited to my friends, but I want to delete them or have them only visible to me.
