Delete sticking?

Not sure if my delete key is sticking or if it's software. The key doesn't feel like it's sticking and I've meticulously maintained my computer. Never spilt anything on it or anything else of that nature. I think it's software. Anyone else have issues with this? It doesn't happen very often.
