Delete Update Files?

Hi there

I just updated to latest supplemental update for MBP 2018, macOS 10.13.6.

And at start up when I press the option key I now get an additional "macOS Installer" drive instead of just my regular Mac & Bootcamp drives.

It seems the update files/ installer is still left over somewhere. How do I get rid of it so that the "macOS Installer" drive doesn't show up anymore?
