Delete video file that shows in spotlight but not in iPhoto...Help Please

When i go into about this Mac and storage...I see that I have about 150MB videos being used. I don't have any video's to my knowledge so I do a spotlight search (kind:video) and find this old video file.

It is a .MOV file and hold the command key down on it it says it is located in my iPhoto library. I can not find this file anywhere where I can delete it.

Any ideas on how I can delete this video file???
 
Never mind...I figured it out. I opened the file in quicktime and then moved the file to my desktop and moved it to the trash.
