How do I remove or delete the VIP mailbox from my Ipad Pro?

VIP mailbox can’t be deleted, but there’s only the option to make it visible or hidden on the Mailboxes screen.

Open Mail app > On the Mailboxes screen, tap Edit to expand the list of mailboxes > Find VIP mailbox on the list > Uncheck the blue circle next to VIP mailbox > Tap Done.
