General delete

Seems like it is only available for Chinese and European users.

To clarify, the update is for "iPhone6,2" (5s) and "iPhone5,4" (5c). For firmware purposes, this includes not only most Asia Pacific models (A1528/A1530) but also European models (A1457).

So for Euro customers, you'll get this update but it probably doesn't do anything for you.

Gonna be pretty lame if it has fixed the jailbreak.
