I have deleted the private folder except var folder in macbook pro 2011 later which is updated to macos high sierra and restarted it. I know, I have did the dumbest thing. Can any have idea to recover the files because my mac was not turning on and a grey screen is coming.

Hold down Command - R while booting. To boot into recovery mode. Then reinstall macOS over your current installation.
