Deleted a Table in a Pages Document - How, Where?

Hi,
I've been working hard on this document in Pages which had 3 tables in. I have been saving it as I have gone on and just now I have scrolled up to realise one of the tables is missing. I haven't knowingly deleted it so god knows, I must have leant against the keyboard or something. Is it gone forever ?

If you saved the file after your deleted the table, then the table is gone. Recreate the table. If would rather not, then reopen the template and then copy & paste or drag & drop the table into your document.
