Deleted Apple Watch from sources in health

Hi I have an AW4 and I have had all the previous versions of AW. I have accidentally deleted my AW4 as a source in the Apple health app. I can’t work out how to add it back, although in the health app it lists my AW but when clicking on it, it just says ‘this Apple Watch is no longer paired with this phone’
