Deleted apps asking for connections

Some time ago, I deleted a couple of apps from my iMac, but on startup, I get a couple of windows telling me that those apps want to accept external connections, and if I want to allow or deny this. I select Deny, of course, but I'd like to get rid of these requests altogether. Any suggestions?

I would install them again, and then use for example AppCleaner to uninstall them completely.
