I just downloaded Flip4mac and after doing that my email account autofill name was no longer working why?and when downloading on a Mac is it the norm to authenticate by entering an administrator name and password thats what i had to do when downloading Flip4mac?TIA.

The two issues probably aren't related. I have ATT DSL and have to re enter my password all the time. I have never found out why.
Whenever you download any software or even update Apple software, you always have to enter your administrator password. It's part of Apple's security system.
