Deleted Cydia - how do i get it back?

Here is my problem i could not delete mywi from my phone and everytime i tried to update it wouldnt allow me to update any other apps from cydia. So i figured to delete cydia off my phone with all the mywi stuff - i deleted cydia via ifile.
Figured i could run green poison and get loader and therefore cydia back fresh.
thats not the case i have a jailbroken iphone 3gs old bootrom 4.2.1 greenpois0n
How do i get cydia back without restoring and jailbreaking again? Anyway to just download cydia again? Looked over this site and could not find a clear answer. Hope you guys can help?!

Rejailbreak dude..shouldn't take you that long

I'd use redsn0w. Make sure and check already pwned and add cydia. Or try using Cyder2. It is a Windows Program that lets you download apps/repos from Cydia directly onto your computer and then transfer them to your iPhone.

Why can't you use Cyder2 to install Cydia?
Install iTunes. Connect iPhone/iPod to your machine and start Cyder2
1. Open "Sources" Tab. Add source " http://apt.saurik.com/dists/ios/550.38/main/binary-iphoneos-arm/Packages " (right click mouse button in empty list). And refresh sources list by pressing blue play button.

2. open "Packages" Tab. In "Filter" field type "Cydia installer" - http://goo.gl/aiXF7 - downlod "Cydia Installer" file with dependencies (right click on file)
3. open "Downloads" Tab and press same blue play button.

4. open "File Manager" Tab and select all apps, then right click 'Copy to -> Cydia AutoInstall. MAKE SURE YOUR IPHONE IS RECOGNIZED BY CYDER2 by checking the bottom left of screen.
Hope that works for you like it did for me. I have to run!

find the cydia deb from saurik online.
put it on your phone.

then just use the installer that comes in ifile to get it

Did u delete cydia installer because if u did u have to restore ur iPod and reinstall cydia Ive deleted it and now I have to restore my iPod but it won't let me
