Deleted entire category in iCal by mistake

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me. I don't know how, but I somehow deleted all of my appointments in iCal (they were all in one category). Is there anyway I can recover them ?

Hi Cigdem, are you using Time Machine? If so, you can call all of your deleted data back easily.

BTW are you from Turkiye?
