Deleted everything off documents, how to get it back from backup?

Hey guys, accidently deleted all my documents, but have it all backed up on time capsule, never really used it before, but how do I get the info back?

Click on the Time Machine icon on the Dock or start Applications / Time Machine and navigate to the right folder then click the restore button.
