I have deleted 2000 pictures from my trash can by mistake what is the best to try to get them back again

Using some data recovery software, you might be able to get them back. You could try Data Rescue or search online for other data recovery software. You could also try a professional data recovery company, but it’ll be expensive. I wouldn’t hold out too much hope of getting them either way.

...especially if you have continued to use the computer for even a moment after the catastrophe.
