Long story short, I wanted to recover a message I deleted on Saturday and used one of those recovery software and, to my surprise some waaaaay old messages, contacts, notes and even photos were stored on my device even though I deleted them almost a year ago!

How can I really delete all those old files? They aren't supposed to be there if I restore and set up as new iPhone every year.

Thanks!
