iPhone Deleted iOS mailbox/folder question

Hi
a friend of mine seems to have deleted a custom mailbox/folder from their iCloud email account on their iPhone
that doesn’t seem to go into trash they also told me that backing up from the previous day’s iCloud backup didn’t help

any suggestions?
