Deleted localizations in Yosemite.

Accidentally, I had deleted some localizations "Language Packs" from Yosemite, using Clean my Mac, now some applications are going crazy, How ca I install them back?.

Sadly, I think the only way to go about fixing this would be to do a reinstall of OS X (no apps/data/settings will be lost).
