Deleted Mail App can i get it back

I deleted the mail app by accident is there any way to get it back? would prefer without the install cd but if this is the only way will have to find it?

Google "Pacifist OS X" and use that to install just Mail.app.

I don't think there is any other way than to reinstall the OS X

What about downloading a combo update of Mac OS X 10.4.11 (if that is the version you want to have) and see if it reinstalls Mail. I haven't found any Mail 2.x installer around the usual sites, but maybe you can find one.
