Hi, I have had my Macbook for about a year but don't know very much about it. By accident, I deleted my folder containing Microsoft Office 2004 and don't have the CD that I purchased containing the software. I deleted it from my trash can because I wasn't paying attention. Is there any way that I can retrieve it? I really need those four applications: word, excel, powerpoint, and entourage!

Not much hope

You can go to VersionTracker and search for "file recovery" and try Data Rescue II or FileSalvage, but don't expect much :(

You could try downloading the trial and see what happens. I know that the files that contain the serial etc are kept seperate - when my trial expired, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work.

If you installed the trial, it might pickup on your old serial and install the full version.

Worth a shot...
