deleted music folders/files through parallels and now its not playing in my itunes

i have parallels on my macbook pro and i thought i had copied all my music to windows but i guess it was networked somehow and now i tried to play them through itunes and it cannot find the file. i didnt think they were connected in any way but now i bought this recovery program for windows but its not finding the music. is there a way i can use the program to get the music back or is there something i can do for free using the mac to get the files back instead of me downloading all of them again?!
