Deleted Music on iPhone still on (WTF?)

Hi there

I use manual management for my iPhone music library. Lately i decided to delete some albums in order to replace them with some others.
I did so and the free space showed up and i could put the new music onto it.

However when i then played off music from the iPhone in shuffle mode I was surprised to come across songs from the many albums i deleted previously.

How is that possible?
