Deleted notes

Hi all. Pls pls pls tell me there is a way to get my notes back. My kids were playing with my ipad and deleted one of my email accounts. now all my notes are gone. Is there a way i can find these or are they gone forever? PS i have not backed up in like forever!!

Only way would be to restore from a backup..

Delete the kids and it will never happen again. LOL
