iPhone XS Max Deleted passwords keep reapearing!

Ok, this is freaky!
A few login credentials listed under “Password & Accounts > Website & App Passwords” wont go away, tried to delete them but every time I go back they just keep reappearing.
Anyone else having the same issue?
How do I delete these entries for good?
Fyi, I don't have keychain on nor do I have my account linked to any other Apple device.
