In the new Photos app, after deleting an photo, Photos says that photo is moved to Deleted Photos album. But I can't find that album for completely delete. Does anyone know how?

Deleted Photos album on Photos app

In the new Photos app, after deleting an photo, Photos says that photo is moved to Deleted Photos album. But I can't find that album for completely delete. Does anyone know how?
Look under File->Show Recently Deleted. In my case anyway, that's where the deleted photos go and when you delete from there, they're gone permanently.
