All Devices Deleted reminders just reappear?

Is anyone else experiencing this? Using latest iOS and Mac OS and when I delete reminders they disappear only to come back and appear at the bottom of my reminders? This happens on Mac OS and iOS.

Reminders is the biggest bug I have ever seen in the history of IOS. Big statement... but they have become the bane of my existence and I have to use them constantly. When I ask Siri to set a reminder, it works maaaaybe 20% of the time. Not to mention all the other odd things it does/doesn’t do
