Deleted SMS messages and emails shown up on Spotlight and iTunes backup

i notice that old deleted sms and emails are showing up on spotlight search and itunes backup. can anybody tell me how to permanently delete them?

I dont know how to delete them , but you still can hide them . Go at general, spotlight search, and on messages remove the tick.

i know how to hide them but i want to permanently delete them. in these non deleted sms there are attachments so they are keeping storage space. i found deleted photos from sms in the backup
