I was installing something on my computer and was in the process of deleting the uneededs and accidentally deleted my system preferences. Is there anyone that could possibly upload the app for Mac OS X 10.6.7, or email it to me?

I believe you can access all of the core apps from within the install disc, including Sys Pref. Give it a try. If not, here you go, it's my first CloudApp upload so Im not sure if it'll work:
