Deleted video on Iphone 4s -can i get it back?

My daughter deleted a video which has not been backed up via itunes yet.
Is there any way to recover deleted files which have not been synced?
willing to try most anything & thought i'd askk here before i give up.

Is the machine on iCloud back-ups? If it is, it may have actually backed up and you simply don't even realise yet

hi, she deleted it pretty quickly after i made it so it didnt have a chance to connect to icloud to backup anything.
