Deleted Videos Showing In iTunes (they're def deleted)

When I connect my iPhone under the videos tab it shows videos and looks as if they can be synced. I deleted the movies off of my computer a few weeks back... and am sure I did. But they keep showing under the video tab of the iPhone only. :(
